General Shipping Info
Most orders placed over the website will be shipped within one business day. Orders received by 12pm eastern time are often shipped the same day. This is not a guarantee though and there are times we run behind this schedule. If you are in a hurry for your parts, please give us a call at 800-234-1104 and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Shipping to the “Lower 48” US States
Orders under $50 generally ship via US Mail. Orders of higher values generally ship via UPS ground. Orders ship from our warehouse in Western Pennsylvania. Expedited shipping is available by calling 1-800-234-1104.
Orders valued from $0.01 to $50.00 ship for $7.50
Orders valued from $50.01 to $200.00 ship for $15.00
Orders valued over $200.00 ship for $22.50
These rates apply to packages that are not oversize or overweight. We may need to charge more to ship larger packages. We will get in touch with you if this is the case with your order.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand
TRF has various options with USPS and UPS available for shipping orders outside the lower 48 states. An estimated shipping and handling charge will be made when you place your order over the website. We will then be in touch via email to let you know the exact prices of the options available for your order. Once you approve a method of shipping, we will adjust the shipping charge accordingly. If you decide you don’t want to proceed with the order, we are happy to credit you back right away. Please be aware that if you live outside the USA, the carrier will probably collect import duties from you directly. UPS may also collect additional brokerage fees.
