TR4-TR4A Seat Springs, Padding, Foam & Safety Belts
Please choose your part number.
Please note: The TR4 seat spring assemblies listed here are made from a used bottom frame that has been repainted. The springs and the top frame are brand new. If you return the bottom frame from your old seat spring assembly, we will credit you $75 off the price you paid for the new seat springs.
Three variations of seats were used on TR4. The earliest seats (Type 1) were nearly identical to TR3 except for the recess in the seat pan for the protruding bottom frame of the seat spring assembly. Aside from the different pleating on the covers, the mid range seats (Type 2) were the same as Type 1. Type 1 and Type 2 seats use the RFK258 padding kit and the 806222 seat springs. The latest seat (Type 3) was a new design that used foam padding, a rubber diaphragm and rubberized straps across the back. If you need help identifying your seats, please get in touch.
